i had the clunk too until i got new lower motor mounts front/back problem solved on downshift. got around to fabbing a ghetto heatshield for TB till i can make my own spacer.at least none of the HVAC tape is visible from the top
used the OEM heat shield material layered it painted it with ceramic caliper paint layered it with aluminum foil compressed inside of sheet metal compressed by running over it with the car and parked it overnight, and sealed it with HVAC tape....overkill...sure but hell that TB is alot cooler now even sitting damn near ontop of the exhaust crossover.
you can see here what little room i had to work with
heatshield was a tight fit and no it dosent touch the crossover i know it looks like it
Cleaned the **** out of my pig okay I lied I clay bar'd it haha...
yes I didn't do the trunk yet lol that's tomorrow night then a better pic of my badge lol to redeem myself
then you have all this room and wait for it
then boom this asshole had to park right next to me and hit my mirror with his door
This morning I was driving her setting up a course for a half marathon. Well short story...still short it started making a popping noise only when turning left. And ideas what it is
I hate that... I purposely park further away top avoid dings by dumbass people and they park next to you out of spite... keep your pos car away from me... #haters
