more wax? why? it gets compounded and waxed once a year.
i got to my brothers house, cause i use his buffer lol and had to wash the car, i hit the car with the hose and the water beaded off the car and then left nice water beads all over, ( like it was waxed the day before) my brother asks, wait? you haven't waxed this since last year here? i said nope, just car washing by hand with pep boys brand car wash soap. he was floored how it held up and still had water beading like that, it was not as shinny or smooth feeling any more it was due to be done again.
and i used turtle wax paste wax with the pc last year. for cheap wax it works great.
this time i used meguiars synthetic X or some thing like that, its new, my brother just picked it up. it had best last a year or ill be pissed off.
used a meguiars scratch and swirl remover compound too this time.
ADMIRED it, took pics of it, went looking for a Bonneville or Olds donor car... and almost got a ticket, I saw him first, but he followed me a while..! HAHAHA
W H E W..!
pic taken from the drivers seat, while someone else pumped my gas. lol got to love NJ
and gas prices have dropped, at least at my favorite station. 307 for 87, thats like free lol 341 for the 93.
Holy **** almost 1000 pages
its NJ.. NO body pumps there own gas.
got her out of the garage beat the tar out it put it back in the garage and gave it a nice waxing.
You don't like the 04+ interior? They are a bit cheaper looking but I like the layout and style. I've never owned one or been in one for any longer than an hour. I test drove a few 04+ GP's before settling on the first 97-03 style GP I ever test drove.
I didn't notice any difference when I flipped mine, and I had quite a bit of movement beforehand, and next to no movement afterwards. I made a video on it too, its up on youtube when searching flipping dogbone mounts.
I drove the crap out of my 06 thinkin damn my tranny f-ing sucks
I watched your video. I didnt know that was your car
Yup, it's a blue GP. Same spot it was in when I took the pics yesterday too.
Still raining, gonna rain tomorrow, what a sucky weekend for a car show.
Today I modified some bump stops I got to work on the coilovers. They'll do double duty as the bushing for the shafts and the bump stops. Also redid a few of the counts I had for the lip to where they're stronger.
I also found myself some more work. Driver side axle seal is leaking and my new axle on the passenger side already has a ripped boot. Redoing work really pisses me off especially if there's no reason for it.
