Wtf.....u need to take some road trips. Come to NC and let's hang
Its a grand prix it will break down
So......u can fix it
Check the subframe, and in between lines/hoses. That is usually where my sockets land. They're always in a position I could NEVER get it in if I ever tried to.
im still waiting for my car to cough up the 10 mm socket it ate.
I'm getting the tires rotated soon, I'm gonna see if they can fish it out while it's on the lift
I'm still waiting on the brand spanking new one mine ate, one day.
LOL it always gives me a good laugh. It's why I keep spares now... can never have to many sockets. I have had friends ask why I have so many, think I'm kidding but when I showed them the tool I found inside when changing the light bulbs they believed me about it eating tools.
This is the first time it ate them and didn't spit them back out.
Put it on pickup truck duty and fit 6 chairs and a 6 ft table in the back and still was able to close the trunk.
Gotta lobe the dead body space

Dropped the motor mounts at the fabricators shop for hopefully a successful run of lower mounts for the ls4 plat form hopefully I can get them cheaply modified enough to sell them to the ls4 community.
Over the weekend I added a trans cooler, did a pan drop/filter change, installed a transgo shift kit, and replaced all the o-rings on those stupid quick connect transmission fittings. Shifts much better now.
