Made a quick run to the store.--Beautiful morning; blue skies, clear, 19*F. On way way home I noticed my guy was running real good. So I hit a short test drive, turned on the kiwi & torgue, & grabbed a scan.

Spectre P4, Autolite 606, 180*ts, TEP shift kit, res del, 18x8x245--STOCK eng otherwise

My previous highest boost was 8.4, but last few monthes I've only got 7.4

Hopefully its a "real" AFR gauge and not a narrowband one with pretty flashing lights.

Newspapers, and another reset of the P1404 code. Just have to find someone to disable that code completely. FYI, its the EGR value, so I'm not concerned about it. Just don't like seeing the SES light all the time.

And since the car is almost at 200k, I don't see the point in sinking even $70 into it to just fix a pop up code. I'm sure what little NOx the EGR is helping reburn is off set by all the other crap spewing out of my car.

Just go to a pick and pull lot and get another stud and nut. You'll spend more time trying to fix the bad one than just replacing it. I stripped a lug nut when changing brakes, and picked up a few studs and lugs at the pick and pull shop. Had another stud later on go bad on me, so reached into my supply...
