For me..it's super easy. I think they had it in your year. You might just find it easier to swap the whole dash
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I know they did. My hope is that they have one at the junker that I can pull. And i'll be pulling most of the dash apart to paint it red anyway

My horn doesn't honk when i lock the doors.

How do i know if it was supposed to honk?

I only hear the locks locking.
And unlocking the inside lights come on.

My car made it back to fort Wayne safe and sound. I miss it, but at the same time...I'm enjoying driving the g6.

Ralm, I've been where you are right now. It's not a whole lot of fun, but I paint my own stuff. Your car should look so good after it's finished up.

Today was a good way to clean my wheels before winter. They aren't took bad looking for 22 year old rims. The lip on these still shines up. So many of these cars I see the lip is just trashed.

went to the car wash, and de greased the bottom of the engine and trans, being that i resealed the valve cover and was nice and dry being 2 days since i redid the cover gasket. will have to see how it goes.

im really tired of this thing leak.

I hope you are able to get them to clean up. They can look like a mirror when shined up.

Well they're pretty far gone... brake fluid took its toll on them when I wore the brake pads to the point where one of them shot out from underneath the car...

Was 10 ft away from hitting a 10 point buck today. Reminded me two weeks ago my dad almost hit a deer with his base GP and found out he didn't have ABS pretty fast. Kind of strange, I always get close to hitting bucks, and did hit one with my first grand am (and surprisingly didn't damage anything, not even a a small dent). I've never come close to hitting a doe yet.

They are labor intensive to polish out. On a red car I'd paint the mesh black and the lip in red. I have seen it done and it looks cool.
