Delivered papers this morning, picked up some new front brakes. Have to drop it off at the ship to fix a control arm issue that's eating tires. So brakes won't go on until Monday or Tuesday evening.
Took a trip to the salvage yard. My brother picked up a top swap minus a few small things for his 03.
Drove my uncles 06 Trailblazer SS yesterday. LS2 engine. Never even knew they made an SS package for it.
Lol I want one now. Apparently they're really hard to find though.
yup wanted one also but ended up with my fully loaded terrain slt2, but the ol lady talked me out of.
Got another tire to replace one that was wearing too fast. Shop discovered some bolts that were loose that were leading to the bad wear pattern. Saved quite a bit of scratch. Brakes have been squeaking bad, so I took them off to take a look. Still have a visible split, so probably got another month or so. Just had wheels covered in break dust, so cleaned the wheels a bit.
got the tails to finally shine!, one side is lighter but sun is shining on that side so it makes it look even lighter, 1000x better now

Did lca's and motor mounts on a guy's 40th anni. His sway bar broke doing the lcas so i welded it back together. I'm getting faster everytime i do these lol.
Changed the front brake pads on my friends grand prix. Inside pads were worn down to metal, outside were actually still good. Rotors were pretty bad too.
