Why..the ground wire in the connector isn't good enough? 92-95 you had to clean the connections.. 96+ they added the wire that is held under the coolant elbow by a nut.
One nut and a quick cleaning. Better not take more than 20 min..lol
Good News! I dont have to drive my moms car anymore. the PCM is in ready mode and no SES light... yyyaayyy
lets just forget the missfire lol
PRETTY MUCH.
**** that thing.
Not really though I am going to work on it with my uncle tonight. He is bringing a compression checker, injector O rings, and known good plug/coil/wire. I think it is an injector or the ICM. I put all good plug/coil/wire on cyl 6 last night same thing. The parts came off of my GP pre top swap, and that car ran perfect.
Last night discovered a tire low on air. Filled it up in the morning, held all day. Took it to the shop. They found a nail in the tire wall. Glad I bought road hazard. New tire replaced one I bought three weeks ago.
I made it a shopping list
Gloss black paint
Clear coat
VHT nightshade
1000 or higher sandpaper
Some thinner or acetone
I will be doing two things here. Can you guess what?
wheels and tails.. I WIN!
Cleaned, vacuumed and shampooed the entire interior. Also replaced my nice summer floor mats with my winter ones. Since you never know when it's gonna snow.
I bought a ovekill pcm for my gp to day
Low coolant light came on today. Put some water in and doing a coolant flush tomorrow. Thinking it might be leaking really slowly from around the tb since I didn't replace the gasket after I cleaned it? Also doing an oil change tomorrow if there's enough time.
