so true, i dont care if your camel needs water lol or did you just clear your throat?
for those outside the NJ area, so you are in on the joke, 99% of the gas station attendants are middle eastern. some even wear the turbans on there heads and the rest of the outfit.
you say 20 dollars 93 or super, he looks at you blankly and reply's, FILL IT UP???? (insert your best accent) no, 20 cash, 93. it can take 2 or 3 times before they pick the right handle or grade button. and its a $8 per hr job, really??? English please.....but they all count change back very well. unreal stuff man.
one time i was working in Indiana, the only middle eastern looking guy i saw in 10 days was working at a shell station....
Haha so true ^
I've been out to Jersey on a few occasions. I pulled into a station to fill up and I was in a hurry so I jumped out and pumped it myself. The guy was still busy at another pump so when I was done I went over and handed him the $45 or whatever and he just looked at me blankly, like he didn't know what to do. He never said a word and I just jumped back in my car and took off.
And the Middle Eastern/Indians at gas station/convenience stores are priceless. I was in Ocean City and 2 of my friends and I walked to the 7/11 to grab some snacks and ping pong balls. I don't even know why we did, but we asked the attendant to take our picture. She had a very strong Indian accent and at first refused, then took the camera. She put the camera up, facing the wrong way and tried to look through the lens to see us.
We were already half kicked so it made the situation even funnier. If we would have been mean we would have let her hit the button and flash herself, but we showed her what she was doing wrong and she snapped the pic. It ended up being a pretty epic pic too. LOL
