leave the badge in the sun, use 30 lb fishing line, cuts it off like butter.

i salt water fish, so 30 lb is the norm for me to have on hand or a spool or rod laying around to get it from.

I found a plastic putty knife pops it off like it wasn't even glued. Even in the cold there was very little cleanup.

i nicked the paint a few times, but f it, it still looks better.

mine was the factory 2 thin stripes, and some fool added another fat one over one thin one, and it was all flaking off and not even solid anymore, it had to go. the added stripe turned out to be a chrome stripe, as it would seem. gay for sure. saw that after i buffed it with the PC. it was no longer white, but chrome. made it have to go even more after that.

they also came off easier when the car was left in the sun, with a razor.

after the pc hit the pin stripes.

    looks great dont it?

this is after the stripes were cut off and my nice newly painted widow trim got redone.

can you tell witch pic is from a cell phone my god man !

I need to remove my pin stripes but I'm scared to touch it. I don't want to screw up the paint job, or have a 'hidden' pin stripe look. I just don't know. I want them off though.

    Thank you!
I love my car, I wouldn't get rid of it just yet. It's not paid off, and I actually wanna drive it till she dies.
But if I was to get a 04+...it has to be a GXP...preferably Bermuda Blue or Silver

For your pin stripe: Get a rubber eraser for a drill. I did mine and didn't hurt anything. Super quick and easy too!
The erasers can be expensive, but I found one for $15ish I think.
Put it in a electric drill and go to town.

I didn't trust myself with a razor blade.

The fact they wanted 5k for it is even more scary.

saw a dark red 07 grand prix for 7000 grand, it was marked down from 9000 to 8000 to 7000 lol, it must be a base model it had no fog lights, the front bumper looked plain and a dent in the hood above the grill.
