i ran seafoam like 3 years ago, maybe longer, and i was waiting for the fire dept to show up, yes that much smoke lol
This time when I did it was no where near as bad as before I had the engine apart. Probably because I cleaned everything.

I think the last time I did my Stealth I was in the garage with the door open and there was so much smoke my neighbor ran over to make sure nothing was on fire. And that was just to let it suck the seafoam in and let it stall. LOL
When I took it for a ride it was even better. LOL
Unfortunately I think that is just the "concept" and the new one will look nothing like it.
There are more pics on the net but this is best I found with a 10 second search
thats nothing...
Nice day today here in portland 63 degrees so i pulled the car outa the garage and wahsed it.
I lowered it yesterday on Vogtlands, and swapped in a 180 Tstat. Then I pulled the alternator to swap it back to the stock pulley and clean everything up inside. I installed it this morning and had it tested at Oreilly's...with the stereo at 70% and one heated seat on it maxed out their tester at 99Amps...at idle. Lol. I was happy about that. He did say my battery was dying too so I had it swapped out under warranty. She's dirty and needs some loving on the paint, but I think she looks good:
The springs still need to settle too.
is that what is called winter in Missouri? its greenish
It was around 60 yesterday, 5* wind chill today with 10 inches of snow for tonight, lol.
I've got a mountain in front of my house... and i dunno where I'm gonna put more
I bought some car parts today.
Got this on two trips to two different sellers but here goes. The first guy sold me this for $100:
- Clean block and crank still came in the plastic
- A bunch of pistons and rods. There's 6 or 7 good pistons
- Cleivite 77 rod and main bearings
- 5 quarts of tranny oil
- Dynomax mufflers (likely sold to Matt)
- ZZP 3 gauge pillar pod
And the second guy sold me those headers for $70. Came with all the gaskets, bolts, clamps, etc.
Sorry gents, it was 40 and cloudy here today. Gues we're still in for it yet. Sure was warm and windy yesterday, I think in the 50s and like 25MPH gusts. Thought I was back in TX.
Flogged the GTP hard today, seems like she is still in the game but I discovered more wreck issues. At least the windshield didn't collapse at 95. Need a new one ASAP though!
Love how your parts are a part of your kitchen.. sweet deal nice find. never seen snow like that in oregon.. im happy about that too!
