Well the dealership finally fixed the freaking wheel. The guy was adamant it was just the road or my tires and that everything was in spec. It only took them 30min this time so I bet they didn't even throw it on the rack just adjusted the tie rods. Hes like everything was just check Monday im not doing it anymore.

Well it still sits on jack stands as I am waiting on the machine shop to finish machining the block and honing it.

The headers split from the catback earlier and Dans c clamp ghetto rigged job finally wore off haha. It ran like **** open DP so I had to fix it. The Regal is now running better and quieter than it ever has A little jb weld and she's as quiet as she was before the headers. Pulls better than ever too. Sleeper status ftw. New brakes will be going on tomorrow and then I'll be hitting the track around 5:30-6. Also got the old motor torn down and the new motor prepped for Keith's motor swap. Anyone want some clean L36 rockers or heads?

****ty luck man. I'm in the process of a motor swap on a friends car. I hope I don't have to swap it twice haha. I'm getting too good at these motor swaps haha. If I wasn't so far away and had the free time id offer to shoot up a day a help out with your swap.

I get to go transmission hunting at the 2 pick n pulls on Friday. I have to look through my manual to see what years I can swap in. I'm using my valve body after I got through it since it has all the Sonnax stuff, along with the 4th hub. I can still use the differential and the gears, but I'll be buying a V8 chain set either way. That said, I can use a GT transmission, right? I have research to do....

If your changing the gear ratio to yours and just using the "shell" or whatever i think you'll be fine

decided its time, trans pan drop. I know I know my trans wants to pop. 114k on stock trans. Shift fine when cool then warms up and feels a little funny. but I if I put it in tap shift works great shifts awesome. Im guessing dirty filter or worse.

I'll go with worse.. lol not. Put in a bottle of Lucas no slip when you do it. That'll help thicken up the fluid a little which is the only real difference you should have when it's warmed up vs cold.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
