The street isn't real busy, and we are at the end so even less traffic. I'll scrub till my hearts content on a monthly basis if I can stay in the driveway. I try to park in the same relative spot each time but it still doesn't matter.

Pregens came off the 95 today! It's going to Omnisource tomorrow. So maybe I will spend some time cleaning those up this weekend, maybe.

That is neat! I didn't know they made such a thing. I can't remember the last time I had my PC out of the box. I need to do my car badly but I have trouble finding the 2 days I want to devote to the car. Now that I have access to a garage, I can't use it. booo

I actually got to have some fun in the car today, going down a curvy, hilly road. It did great! It had a 1-2 shift time of 0.025 seconds, lol. After that I started some touch ups, going to wetsand them tomorrow and clear coat them, then wetsand\polish the following day. I wanted to get back in the practice of wetsanding, so I threw this together...I'll polish it up more later, I want to see how long it lasts:
Retros, LEDs, SD Hood GMPP, Votland, Addco
06+ Impala brakes, L76 Springs, ERs, Self-Tuned, 3.5 Gen V L32, Ported TB, 240a CS144, SSAC, Upgraded Transmission, Android Head Unit, Remote stuff, GXP Seats

Finished the cooler yesterday, didn't really help much the trans still gets just as hot just takes a lot longer, I'm gonna try a fluid & filter change even tho I don't think it's bad and see if that helps, if not I'm gonna try a different cooler

Also recharged the ac for the heat wave it's hot as **** outside .

Bill.. find a local with a tuner and have the fans changed to come on with the top of the thermostat temps. That'll keep all your temps at just about t stat.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Nope.. totally shooting from the hip and an uneducated guess.

Yes.. it helps. Cooling for your radiator and now the trans cooler on the front of the radiator are both based on airflow. If your fans don't come on until 218F/228F then what are your trans temps going to follow besides that hot silliness. If you bring the fan temps down to say 195 which is your stock thermostat, then the fans kick on there and keep your engine temp at 195, plus.. you are pulling air through the new trans cooler. Airflow is cooling to both trans cooler and radiator.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

heres a shot of the ply wood at my friends house. parking there is like second nature to kick it under the car these days. i used to pick it up and put it by his trash cans, and now its just in the driveway full time for me lol

LOL, probably. I think this is the calm before the storm. Only problem it's had was yesterday when I floored it the second gear shift SLAMMED hard. Damn near barked the tires, lol. I don't really care anymore. I'm just gonna save for a new transmission so if it goes, I can just buy a new one. I almost never drive it like that so as long as it shifts fine the rest of the time I can deal with the WOT whiplash.
