Coming home from work and my power steering starts whining....hmmmm must be low on fluid. Get home and put some power steering fluid in and start her up and trun the steering wheel back and forth a couple times and she keeps whining...not as bad but still whining. Shut her off and look underneath the car ...oh looky....a big pool of power steering fluid. GRRRR
Had to go to Autozone to pick up a part for another car I'm working on and ask them what lines need to be replaced and they ask me if it's brake assisted..or something like that????? So apparently on some of these car the power steering is tied into the brake system?!? How do I know iof my is one those? Sorry I'm being a little vague but this is all new tow me, tieing the power steering into the brake system....I'm a little confused.
