hey gentleman..i am a new member..and i own a 1998 Gran Prix GTP 3.8 SC..i've owned this car over 25 years..it hasnt been driven much as it has only 127,000 miles..it was my wifes car up until she passed away 5 years ago and its been sitting in my basement..i've had it out driving it lately and it seems the engine compartment is just too hot..just to raise the hood will burn your fingers..and the engine mounts and supports are super hot as well..the running temp usually levels out about 185 and when in traffic sometimes it will get up to about 210 but will go back down to 185..Just dont remember it being this hot under the hood after driving it 15 miles or so..any ideas what would cause this unusually hot temp under the hood?..Car runs really well in spite of this and when the supercharger is kicked in it will really scat. Thanks for any ideas-Dave
