Possible ignition switch problem
Could be a lot of things. Where are you located in Wis? I am south of Milwaukee. Does the check engine light illuminate on the dash? Is the security light flashing? Is the start or crank fuse blown?
I am about 200 miles north of Milwaukee.
It is my son's car.
No check engine light ... or security light ... & starter fuse is good !
Could be a bad starter relay in the under hood fuse box. Pop the relay and see if there's power on one of the terminals when you turn the key to crank. If there is suspect a bad relay. There are also fusible links that could be blown. Also bad grounds by the battery and on the trans. I guess there is power to the relay at all times if the fusible links and fuses (more than one) are ok. Good luck and let us know what you find out.

SOLVED !!
It was the ECM IGN fuse ... was loose in holder (in under hood fuse panel) ... squeezed together ... & it starts right up !!
Thank you all for replies / responses !
GRAND PRIX GXP on !!
go GP GXP go..o..o..o...

Yeah ... that is the best part !
I can't imagine what the cost would be at a dealership or repair shop !!
Glad it was a easy one wish they all could be so simple
