The clunk sound seems to come from passenger floor/wheelwell and also sometimes I can hear/feel a similar sound under my feet on drivers side. So I am assuming this is subframe rear bushings. California car so no rust issues. All motor mounts were done 3 years/20k ago. Front wheel bearings and axles are also newish.

While I'm in there what else?

    LCA's?

    Tie rods?

    Thanks for your advice!

I would double check your motor/trans mounts. they are filled with hydraulic fluid so they are prone to failure. I would be more inclined to think they failed again than subframe bushing or the other things you listed.
