    So I got a probably stupid question I have a 2001 gtp grand prix im parting out and a guy is buying the radiator is it okay to run the motor just long enough to move it if I need to without the radiator

    While I have never done it, I think it would be ok.. I would remove the Tstat and make sure the hoses are hooked together

    Go ahead, you could run it for like 5+ minutes without a radiator. So long as the "coolant" temp or the block temp that you'd now be reading with the ECT sensor doesn't hit like 180+ you are okay. The oil will still be able to keep the engine cool for a while while you move it.

    Yup, I've done it. I typically wouldn't run it more than a minute or two

    Okay that's perfect its a donor car anyway and the security system will only let it run for about 2 minutes before it shuts the fuel pump off
