    Has anyone tried using the series 3 NA fuel rail and put it on a series 2 engine? I'm sure it can be done but I noticed the 3 series doesn't have a return. Has anyone tried this ever because the stock rail is much better quality and looks like a better option to use instead of shelling out 300$ for billet fuel logs.... Curious curious.....

    sure, if you want to change the whole fuel system, pump tank line just to run the wrong fuel rail, sure have at it.

    paint the l67 rail you'll be using with your top swap.

    if you get a ic later on you can cut up the fuel rail and mod it. what i did, cost me 25 bucks.

    The fuel system on the series 2 is a better system and flows more. If you are doing a max effort build, it might be worth the effort

    Did you just start off with the L67 rail and mod that? The 3 series rail wont work because of the no return fuel line correct?

    yup, cut it up, bent the tubes down and then added new tubing to run the line under the snout and tb.

    Did you pull your engine out doing your top swap? It looks like u painted the block. That's ur regal right?

    i picked up a used l36, so yes it was out of the car. its all painted and all new gaskets too. my car came with a l67, so technically its a bottom swap



    cleaned it all up, new gaskets, then primer,



    then paint

    That's awsome man. I prob wont pull the engine doing my swap which would be nice seein as how id be able to paint everything in the engine bay as well but were just gonna swap with it in. Crappy I just had to do gaskets yest which will end up being a waste in a couple months��
