Once in a while I start the car and then go to turn on the heater blower motor and the DIC (digital display in middle of dash) dims and fan will either come on or will take time with a delayed start. Today I went to turn on fan and it started and then completely went dead so did the DIC lights. Playing with the heater fans switch did nothing, dead. Turned car off and back on, tried turning on fan again and it was ok. Thoughts? Seems like the heater blower motor and DIC are on the same line and causing a short or major draw bogging down a relay or something somewhere. Need to get this fixed since I'm worried it will not come back on at all next time and have a cold ride.....

Hmm, maybe possible ignition switch failure. They can make cars electronics do some crazy things.
