    do you think octane boost makes a difference in 0-60 times and 1/4mile times.using a obd2 device as a reference i ran 7.0 0-60 and 15.31/4 . added the cheap octane boost and ran 6.5 and 15.1.

    87 to 93 octane sure, but that cheap octane booster from a store doesnt do anything.

    I'd say your "times" come down to temps, traction, pcm using torque mngt more or less on one pull.

    Its not worth a damn.

    Octane booster might increase the octane rating of your tank by .5 at the most. So if you have 93 octane in your tank, congrats you now have 93.5

    If the rating of the fuel in use is sufficient to prevent preignition / detonation, no further gains can be had by raising octane. Enough is all thats needed, more does nothing.
    All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

    You can try what I just got, called race gas. It's not cheap but works great.
