Chat limit reached for 24 hour period?

Maybe some of the guys from the chat will see this lol. So tonight was my first time using the chat, and once I got to my 50th post (found that out from my profile) a popup appeared saying something like "you have reached the maximum number of chats for your usergroup for a 24 hour period".

Is this normal? how long will this stay in effect? will I be limited to 50 chats a day?

Would really like to get back on the chat, there's some funny people to talk to here ^_^.
