Kill stories section disclaimer?

Don't want to tell people what to do, but street racing is illegal, and we do not condone illegal activity like this on our own local forum. Might have a section rules at the top as a sticky/locked that says must read and states the obvious.


Just an idea to protect the site and its members.

good point Farns. We are working on the rules and stuff now, we will get one wrote up for that and post it in that section. Thanks for pointing that out.
