Admins can see it. Not sure if everyone can or not. But you can tell who has because they will get a bolder user name.

Around 150-200, but we're looking into different revenue options like ads, vendors, etc. A lot of people were asking for a place to donate so we added it after the site was running and stable so people could chip in. Right now you get a light green bold name and the donating user title, but we're going to expand that to things like disabling the ads and other perks as we go.
