    For 7k you could probably get a decent GXP.

    used car prices are insane. I just want a car that is not abused. I am over 50 years old and really don't need a modded car.

    i dont know what used cars you have been looking at, unless they are at a dealership, but you should have no problem finding a super clean 97-03 for less than 4k and thats being generous, dont buy a 97 they have some issues and try to find something around 100k or less the transmissions are known to fail around 150k but many have made it alot futher, it really just depends on how it has been driven.

    97s don't have any issues other than the common gp issues.

    I have a 2002 that is not modded for sale for 2000 but i would be willing to negotiate a price on it. it has a boat load of miles though

    The 97's have the super crappy 4t60 tranny instead of the somewhat crappy 4t65. Unless its GTP then it has the 4t65

    No the pcms for a 97 will only work in a 97.

    There is a gold gtp coupe for sale near my house I've been meaning to check it out, from just driving by it looks really good.

    Hello I have a 1998 pace car for sale if interested let me know.
    Its got 108,000 org miles. Very clean absolutely no rust at all.
    Has a sunroof which is rare runs and.drives perfectly. By the way it is a coupe !
    Located in the hudsonvalley area about an hour from.scranton pa.

    2000 GT in white with an aftermarket stereo, all upgraded speakers. No mods other than a homemade intake (good for mileage.) Don't have to sell mine, but if you're interested, I would ask $3000. It is a salvage title car.
