Yes, about that (at the wheels).
With the previous VS cam, under the best circumstances (2.8" pulley, 100 octane) it dyno'd at 320 hp at the wheels. 3.0" pulley had same peak horsepower but it climbs slower. Now it has a more aggressive XP cam and Gen V blower which got it 0.3 sec faster in the 1/4 mile. It should have been well over 400hp at the engine? But I have it running a 3.1" pulley and tuned to safely run 93 on the street as it sits.
