Up for sale is my 07 Grand Prix GT powered by the 260 horsepower supercharged 3800 V6 and automatic transmission. It comes equipped with leather interior with heated front seats and a powered driver's seat, single disc CD with XM capable headunit and steering wheel controls, dual climate control, ice cold a/c, tilt, cruise, power windows/door locks, power mirrors, ABS, dual exit exhaust, and last but not least factory remote start. It also has tinted windows, which I assume is around 15%, but I don't know for certain because they were tinted before I purchased the car.

I have owned the car for 6 years. It has had the oil changed meticulously every 5,000 miles. I've not had to do any major repairs other than basic maintenance and a few wear and tear repairs. I've done all the repairs myself and I have a stack of receipts showing things I have purchased and placed on the car during my ownership from basic things like plugs, wires, brakes, and rotors, to more major things like wheel bearings, steering rack, to replacing all 4 strut assemblies.

During my ownership I added a PFYC Inferno hood and a GXP/SPO spoiler as well as lightly tinted the taillights to add to the appearance of the car. I installed a custom 4" intake and filter to make the supercharger more audible, but I still have the factory intake if that is not your style. I also installed a ZZP 3" catted downpipe when the OEM downpipe got a hole in the flex. I added a Hayden transmission cooler to keep trans temps at bay. I flushed the coolant system of Dexcool and added regular green coolant to keep the dexsludge gremlins away.

Despite the mileage the car still looks great, as you can see by the photos, and has been commented on multiple times that people believe it has 100,000 miles less. That being said the car is not perfect and has plenty of defects which I have tried to post photos of. The winter of 2015/2016 was not kind to the front end. The hood has multiple paint chips as can be seen by the photo of it. The gelcoat also cracked near the front point of the hood and an area near the passenger strut tower. There are random small door dings from inconsiderate people in parking lots. The paint is chipped around the front doors where the car had to be broken into last summer because both keys got locked in it. I intended on touching that area up, but never got around to it. There is a small tear in the rear seat bottom that has been there since before I bought the car. There is a small tear on the driver's door panel that was there when I bought the car. The drivers door panel is scuffed from years of daily driving and getting out of the car. The leading edge of the leather console cover is worn. Two of the TPMS sensors are dead, but I have one new replacement in the console ready to be installed.

The biggest issue with the car is one day while driving home from work the forward apply band randomly broke in the transmission. This is a common issue with the 4T65E and 4T65E-HD and unfortunately requires a full transmission teardown to repair. The car does still run and can drive by manually shifting the transmission, but I would not risk driving it too far for fear of the trans completely giving up. I have seen several people on Craigslist selling transmissions for these for $500 so for under $3000 you could have yourself a solid car that will continue to look good as long as it is taken care of. The only reason I didn't repair it myself is I was intent on replacing the car and selling it this spring anyway. The forward band breaking just accelerated my purchase of a replacement.

As you can tell I have tried to be as thorough as possible in my description. If something was left out it wasn't intentional or just wasn't major enough for me to remember. I'm willing to answer any questions you may have, so please ask if you have any.

I'm asking $2,000 but I am willing to listen to reasonable offers. Not really looking for any trades, just looking to put money in the bank to put toward my project car.

There are additional photos that can be found in my craigslist ad

Wow. This would be perfect to go with my 95 GTP which the a rod senior l about 3 months after purchase. I wanted to replace with the supercharged 3800 instead of going back original. Where is the car located? That could be the only deal breaker, if it's too far away for pick up. Thanks
