It all works great. Just need to install the program on computer and also on Palm then good to go. Only thing I hated was if the Palm goes fully dead, have to reinstall the Autotap on it. Not a big deal. Just have to resync it with the craddle.

I used to use this evrrytime I would drive my GP when I was a daily driver. Always liked to scan and log. I'm not anymore so now I use just the PowerTuner.

I would say yes.

If you click in one of the link above you will see what you can scan.

It also logs scans and can read and clear codes.
