Actually if you include PayPal 3% on the manifold and core ($4.65), I'm $2.65 cheaper on the total.

I thought they were $450 a little bit ago.
Everything was priced individually before, Bolts, shipping and 3% of total for PayPal fees.
Now the price includes bolts shipping PayPal fees. The Intercooler is $12 more expensive but the core charge is a little over $12 cheaper if you buy a manifold. Trying to make it easier to calculate the final price.
Shipped out 2 this week, will have more in January.
Merry Christmas!

Oh ok, that makes sense.
I'm still interested in buying one from you...just need to get funds in order.
2 ready to ship this week.
Anyone have one of these? How well do they seal, good gains? Im really interested in doing an inctercooled gen 5 set up this spring.
definately making a trip across the border to pick one up this spring hopefully !!
Tax time is here, bumping you to the front page to help you sell bro,oh and I'll be in touch soon for mine as well.
Bump 1 Gen 3 and 1 Gen 5 ready to go!
May have found a use for the left over pieces of phenolic!
Anyone interested in a pulley puller? Thinking $70 plus shipping. I've tried it out 3 or 4 times and it works well.
Looking at making 5 or 10 to start! This is a picture of my prototype.

Bump
That bolt set looks familiar...
Can phenolic hold up to the pressure required to pull pullies like the aluminum pullers do?
You have to use nuts and washers instead of threading the phenolic but yes it works fine. The bolts are English not metric except for setscrews. Metric bolts cost twice as much!
I've pulled about 4 so far without a problem.
$70 for the pulley puller and $20 dollar refund for the first 2 reviews posted in this thread with pictures.
I have yet to see anybody ask,so..... Why dont you send the intercoolers out sealed?

On reflexion I have a good reason. For those modifying there own manifold the lower plate can be placed on the LIM so you can transfer the opening size for the air inlet and drill the rear hole for the PCV.
