Can you take a more top shot from above of this photo. I want to see how thin that area is on the material closest to the thermostat.I think because of the angle it looks thinner than it is.
The approximate dimension of the four corners are
.442(bottom of photo)
.422(bottom of photo)
1.100(top left of photo)
.555(thermostat corner)
I will have 2 more intercoolers on Friday and should have 2 manifolds ready on monday.

Looks good to me. I sent you an e-mail.
Does this material crack easy or is it better than ZZPs stuff? I know that some of the ZZP stage 3 cores would crack.
ZZP used ultem with metal inserts then switched to phenolic. I'm not aware of any cracking problems with phenolic. Looks like the metal inserts expanded when they got warm and cracked the ultem.
Gen 5 intercooler and manifold ready to ship.
Gen 5 bolt kit $22.00

The core is to big, there is no way to clear the injectors on the ZZP SS m90. You need a top swap or 2 short stacks.
What kind of an intake air temp drop is expected with one of these?
I'm believe i'm close to ZZP levels of air temperature drop, 110-170 degrees, but I do not have the test equipment to publish specific numbers.
