Thread: Extremely Cheap Key Fob

I purchased two key fobs for my GXP from an incompetent seller on eBay who sent me two different part numbers, one of which works with my car, one of which doesn't. They refuse to refund the useless fob.

I have no use for it, but don't want to throw a brand new part away. It's FCC ID 2AOVX-03, and part number KO8. $6 shipped. LMK.

I bought 2 key fobs for my grand prix but they need to be programmed. Do you have advice on how to program them without going through a dealership?

Go to a locksmith. The cars with the key slot on the dashboard can't be self-programmed.
