Thread: Hitachi MAF0047 MAF sensor

Hitachi MAF sensor basically new. Was installed on my Grand Prix and ran for about 5 minutes thinking it would have solved my problem code. It didn’t so I took it off and put the old one back on. Later found out it was the MAF sensor wires going into the PCM that were shorting out because the metal on my cone filter was heating up from the heat coming off the crossover pipe and melting the wire insulation. Anyway $75 shipped to the lower 48. Shipping from 58256.
