This Yakima rack system includes two 48" round bars, 4 Q-towers with clips, 6 lock cores, 2 bike trays and a wind fairing. The bars lock to the car and the bikes lock to the mounts. These mounts are the fork-mount type where you take off the front wheel of the bike and the fork locks into a mount that resembles a quick-release axle. The back tire sits in the tray and is secured with a ratcheting strap.
Parts are in good shape, paint is faded but no rust, everything works. I priced this out on the Yakima website and what you see here would be over $850 if you were to buy it today. I'm looking for $150 plus shipping.
The system was purchased with Q80 clips for a 1998 Grand Prix sedan, you may need different mounting hardware for your vehicle. Go to www.yakima.com and shop by vehicle. The round bars, locks, wind fairing, and bike mounts are universal. Q towers fit most vehicles, but you may not need them depending on your vehicle type.
