My car was working perfectly fine but I ended up changing the bank 1 o2 sensor now the car won’t run , it turns over but it’s doesn’t run. I even put the old o2 sensor back in and it still does the same thing. All I did was change the o2. What could the problem be ??

DO you have fuel? You didnt run out of gas now did you?

Next to check would be to verify fuel pressure in the fuel rail. If you no fuel pressure then find out why, if you have fuel pressure, then start checking to make sure you have spark.
If you have a code reader/scanner, check and see if there are any codes KOEO (key on engine off)

I was low on gas when I charge it but I’ve put like gallons in since then and I have fuel pressure because the car starts after I keep trying but it dies out right after. When I press the gas the rpm and everything rams up like it should but when I let it off the gas it cuts off

I'd double check all your connections. Maybe you pulled off a vac line by accident? Did you disconnect any other sensors? Best thing to do is go back over every single thing you touched, then go over them again.

If you didn't disconnect the negative battery cable before you started your work it's possible something got fried.

It's probably not the issue but it would be a good idea to go through the fuses

My car had the same issue after the 1st minute of running when the loop closed. Ended up being several vacuum leaks from the old withered lines
