I'm wondering if the switchbacks work for the 04+? I've heard they stay white all the time but was wondering if you guys knew anything about this or have updated since. Let me know thanks.

They work, you'll just need to install load resistors to prevent hyper flashing

Me and a group of friends all ordered switchbacks from different companies and manufactures. The ones on my car now from Diode Dynamics are the only ones that don't stay white. They do switchback properly, and they also didn't have to have the wires flipped on the base like all the amazon and ebay ones all my friends are running. Worth it to spend the 30 bucks and get the right ones from these guys.

My only thing is the base for all switchbacks is a 3457 (I think) so the base is about 1/32 of an inch too wide so the edge needs to be filed down a touch to fit down into the 3157 socket in the 97-03. Other than that these are awesome!

    Thanks!

It's really important that they don't flash from white to amber and so forth

That's not going to be road legal, and could possibly get you pulled over

If you see Audi's and other vehicles with factory switchbacks, you'll notice how the white turns off altogether

they work great in my car, my issue I have ran into is that the gxp running lights or in gear lights activate the bright side or turn signal during the day. at night there white with amber turn signal. During the day when I put the car in drive I just turn the dial back to turn them off.
