Yes, but it's not required- you may find that you don't mind the fast blinking.

it just the traditional resistors and you select it out of a drop down menu

Wow completely missed this thread. well i ordered my bulbs last week there paul. just waiting on em to arrive. tho it looks like i would have waited for this group buy for nothing..
