I was thinking about lowering my impala and putting 18's on. I was looking at the SSC springs how are they ? Will I need shorter dog bones to eliminate vibration ?

You can but a better option is Vinnie spacers
Vinnie spacers > shorter dogbones

Ok i'll look into the kyb struts, do you know which ones I would need ? and i'll check out the Vinnie spacers.
is there any other retail stores that sell the motor mount spacers ? I don't use paypal.
I don't want too lol, I'd just rather buy it pre made.
I took measurements when I made mine.....

SSC.
Not at WOT. I have slight vibration at higher speeds, which I will solve with taller spacers. And with that parts list you didn't get any vibration at wot ?
I am am currently suffering from what I believe is a bad CV OR two, so that problem needs to get fixed first.
Under normal driving and normal throttle I never felt vibrations. The second I tried to go full throttle and over 50 mph it would shake alot and keep getting worse until you let off the gas. After installing the spacers it all went away. Having correct axle geometry is key, not only for vibrations sake but for keeping the axle straight so they don't beat themselves apart.
still no response from vinni
Fresh axles and mount spacers should avoid any axle vibration. I have a full stack of Vinnie spacers and I get axle vibration. But my car is lower than the majority. And I also have stock 146K axles. I think if I replaced axles i'd be okay and it'd go away.
would it be a pita to install the spacers if I already have the lowering kit installed ?
