Before anybody jump's and says "Search is your friend" I've searched, and I can never seem to find the answer to the question's I've had about dropping my Grand Prix on it's guts.
I read Randall's write up on his Home Made Coilovers 100000000000 times. And I thought that was going to be the route I was going to take in lowering. But I'm managed to get asking myself, how can I go low, and add a little camber. And then I thought "is there any other coil over option out there (for another platform) that is either a Direct bolt on for these car's or with minor mod's can be installed.
Only reason I ask that, is I'd like to have a camber plate ontop the strut, and there's really no such thing for a grand prix. I've heard of just making the upper hole in the strut bigger for alignment adjustment, but I don't think that's going to give me the degree's of camber I want.
So is there another option? That's a bit cheaper than buying a full set made for the w-body platform, Or am I just going to have to make my own set of coil's and make due. I do like the height I've seen some people's car's get by being on coils, and making a set of bag's and buying management isn't in my financial bracket.
So if anybody has any input on this. It would be very helpful
