Anyone who has done rear brakes should be able to answer this easily. This is for the REAR brakes btw. Ok as you know there are two pins for each caliper. One had a tip on it for a bushing, the other does not. Ok, is the a certain order they should go on either side? The pin w/ the bushing top or the bottom hole? Or does it not matter at all? And can anyone confirm this? I want to make sure my dumbass didn't mix them up somehow when doing my brakes.

I plan on messing with it hopefully this weekend. I haven't touched it since last weekend. I want to get a list gathered so i can make to check every little detail and not miss anything.

    Thanks...

Just because no one responded doesnt mean that you are the only one that does brake work Shawn, it could be that perhaps no one knew the answer. Would you want us to guess or would you prefer accurate information?

It is lead pin on drivers side and back pin on pass side on mine, and I notice no difference I don't think it really matters

Mine were different on either side too, although I don't remember which was on which side. I put them back exactly as I found them, and haven't noticed any problems.

I'm just shocked no one knew this answer. There are alot of mechanics on this forum. If anything, I figured this question would of been a dumb one. Oh well. I'm just shocked it was hard to get an answer to this question.

By the way Batman, I solved the riddle. The bushing pin goes on the TOP of the caliper bracket. Although it shouldn't matter, that is the answer to the question. Hopefully if anyone asks this question again, they can find the answer on here, otherwise i'd be more than happy to answer it for them.
