Thread: '00 Grand Prix Front Wheel Hubs

My inlaws are giving me a 2000 Grand Prix GT that makes a airplane noise while driving. Sounds like it needs front wheel bearings. I want to order the hubs from RockAuto but Timkin shows a first design and a second design. Is there a way to tell the diffrence from the VIN? The car is in NJ and I am driving up from NC and want to make sure I have the right parts to do the job.

Timken Online Parts Catalog shows one part number for the front (the first design) and one part number for the rear for a 2000 Grand Prix. The Timkin part number for the front hubs is 513121. I just did both of mine last weekend.
