my car started shaking a little bit when driving under normal throttle a few months ago only when in second gear and only shakes half way through second then goes away completely. its gotten worse in the past few days. sometimes it shakes really bad and sometimes not so bad. if i get on throttle heavy it doesnt do it. both axles are somewhat new, however i did notice one of my boots is nearly gone (plan to relace that). just want some input on what i should start with to fix this issue. it almost feels like the shaking starts in teh front and u can feel the shake travel through the car all the way to the rear if that makes any sense. thanks in advance.

if you floor it and dont let it shift, does it do it where it normally would speed wise or does it happen when you shift into second, regardless of the speed?

no... it only does it through like 500 rpms of second gear then goes away if that makes sense... finishes goin through second then shifts to third. to clarify... im driving the car under normal throttle... goes through first fine.. shifts fine... doesnt shake till its in second for a second or two then goes away before it shifts to 3rd. if i floor it from a dig... it doesnt shake at all.
