Ok so i looked yesterday for bleeders on the Master and couldn't find any, i took pictures just incase i'm a retard and am missing it/them somehow...

I'm also replacing my worn out brakes, and going back to eBay brakes, they've never done me wrong at all, and the price is always right...

I'm getting tired of spending tons of money on expensive brakes that work just as good as theirs..

just thought I would share this, I got my F-body calipers/brackets and was looking for new rotors. I was originally going to go with R1 Concepts E-line blanks until I read somewhere that R1 use Centric rotors (I assume Centric owns them). Anywho, I love Amazon and decided to check them out. Picked up some centric premium rotors for cheap! Hopefully someone won't chime in with a buzzkilling amazon story when it comes to this...

Centrics are better than the drilled ones.

Namely because they're not drilled, so you're getting all of the rotor you paid for.

decided its not worth the extra dough for corvette calipers.

    part list so far:
    2 front 06+ impala calipers w/ brackets
    06 impala hps hawk pads
    06 impala front centric rotors
    692220 russell ss brake lines

does anyone know if fbody rotors will fit? i know theyre thicker, hence why im interested.

i parked next to a monte or impala, and the bakes are larger then a GP, but the rotors look thin from the hat to the outer edge compared to my f body rotors. they fill the stock wheel up nice, but dont look the same at all as a f body set up.

either set up would be a major upgrade over stock tho.

Figured I would add this to the mix...

there is a guy that makes brake hoses for our cars.. and others. His name is Nick Christman at brakehoses.biz. You can get any length you want, and he has several different colors as well. He can also do the 5th line. Best way to get a hold of him is to call 616-836-7885. You can try emailing goodbrakes@brakehoses.biz but I didn't get a reply from him until I called him. Was quick to ship and very nice quality once I got in touch with him. Another ClubGP member referred me to him and just wanted to spread the word for a good product from someone other than the "big 3"

So what are peoples favorite brake pads currently? Was thinking EBC Yellows but have heard a few complaints about ebc stuff lately so I wanted to see what the community at large recommends now. Hawks? or something else? (Fbody pads c6 calipers front)

Know of one or 2 other members that are using his lines with no issues so far and it's been almost 2 years I believe since my one friend got his. No issues.
