quick question, are the bushings known to squeak when they are worn. I have 220+ miles, and I get a lot of squeaking even when sitting still. It sounds like it could be my spring/strut assy.. not sure..

mine where amazingly shot and didn't really squeak much.
Visually inspect them to see if they're starting to separate from the outer metal sleeve. If so, its time for new ones.

I know this is an older thread but someone asked about the mevotech control arms any experience with the mevotech control arms full stop the ones I am looking at are the supreme line.

Funny it threw the alignment so far off.
Were they able to meet the alignment?
I don't really see how you can put those control arms in wrong, also considering there are no adjustments at the control arm itself.
I wonder if the control arm was made wrong somehow?

sometimes old threads resurrected are awesome.The easy way:
Buy new control arms, unbolt the balljoint and two control arm bushing bolts, replace and enjoy the new parts.
The hard way:
Spend 1/2 to 3/4 of a new control arm price and buy the bushings. Take off the arms as described in the "easy way" and find a press. Fight, battle swear and bleed for hours. Leave car on jack stands for three days while new control arms are shipped in, bolt on new arms and get pissed at the extra expense for the bushings that you didn't use.
Not that I'm talking from experience or anything
i gotta ask how ya learned about this procedure.
myself- and probably for you,too- practical experience showed me the cheapest way to fix something doesnt always end up being the cheapest way to fix something.
