They're stamped steel and they rust anyways.

For the STB to be as effective as possible, they have to attach to the strut tower mounts like ZZ Performance but have a much strong connection between the tower mounts and the cross beam. Also, crossbeam has to have no bends in it for it to be most effective as possible.

None of the ones I've seen do that so I'd skip on that.

You want to get the body stiff so i would start with front and rear STB. This will help. Followed by rear sway then other stuff.

i suppose you have never seen how easily those flex and bend. hard cornering will bend them.

Hard cornering can bend anything if the strength of said part is compromised. I'm just saying why replace it just to replace it.

If the trailing arms in question look like they need replacing by all means do that first, but the OP doesn't say anything about their current condition.

because the trailing arms will do more good than STBs will as far as tightening up the suspension. that is what he is going for.

Trailing arms, then a rear STB, then the front STB. The GMPP STB's aren't very effective unless you plan on getting an adapter plate so they attach to the strut mount itself.

rear end needs more help than the front. the car will understeer no matter what, these cars have not so great weight distribution, plus FWD...go with the trailing arms. and rear sway bar.

    Its worth getting.

But the tower bar brace is pretty useless.

Just get the sway bars and the trailing arms.

I'm a cheap ass and bought my front STB at the GM dealer for like $12 new with hardware and I noticed a difference as soon as I pulled out of the driveway. You can't beat the price unless you find one on a Buick GS or 9C1 impaler in the yard. Just a good cheap mod IMO.
