I installed Napa from strut tower mount and the right side is making a ugly very loud vibrating sound when turning.Is NAPA strut mount common with this? What is the best mounts to use?

Did you check to see if you had tightened strut threads down once you put the strut back in place? I had it happen to me once, where I thought I had it tightned down good, but when I checked the mount, the washer against the mount was loose and you could literally wiggle the piston of the strut.
You need to visually inspect the mount and check for any lose bolts to make sure everything is nice and tight.

it's tight. The noise sounds like a binding, rubber noise.
