New rotors pads in front but still pulsates

I hv an 07 base and i recently changed my tie rod ends and rotors and pads. I changed my brakes because they would shake when i braked but the pads were not to the wear bar they had some life left but swapped em out anyways.
The shake isnt nearly as bad but it does still Pulsate and i figured it would go away. One thing i did was i tighten down my tie rods pretty tight, i did this because when i tighten the castle nut to the hole for cotter pin it had lots of play. Not sure if this is why my brakes do this but any help is definitely helpful.

Did you change front and back, or just front? Backs do less work, but they can still cause problems. We've had my wife's Caddy for five years, and have still only changed the rears.

How good are the inner tie-rods on the rack? When you have the front end jacked up off the ground check for play from side to side and see what moves before the wheels do. It should show play in anything linked to the steering. Might need a helper to do this.
Could be a bad wheel bearing. To check that push/pull on the tire at the 12 and 6'o clock position.
Also check the control arm busings and see if they look beat as they can cause a vibration as well. Another thing to check would be to make sure the front wheels are balanced.

Thanx for replies. Would any of those problems u mentioned cause the pedal to pulsate?? Its a real piss off when i cant find out wats wrong lol. Wheel speed sensor needs to b replaced and 0455 code not sure if that would affect any.
When i fiure it out il post my solution

although the rears dont do as much work, worn parts back there could cause a problem, too.
however, pulsating pedal- if it isnt felt in the steering wheel, you could have abs issues.

I feel it in both pedal and wheel. At highway speed its pretty bad. Shakes pretty bad. And everytime i stop i can feel the feel the brakes almost stop and let a bit then stop and let off a bit almost like i was pumping my brakes but im not. I think my ball joints r done hopefullu that will ne the culprit. I hate this garbage bs.

if you're still getting pulsation after swapping the rotors and brakes you have some other worn components in there. make sure
- you have fully tightened and torqued all of the hardware
- you greased the caliper slide pins so that equal pressure is applied to both sides of the rotor
- the rotor is seated flat on the hub face
- you have cleaned tand wiped the rotors there is no grease
- the new pads are lubed up (did you use new clips), not binding up, and are parallel to the rotors
- lube the back of the pad where the caliper piston pushes against it
- the wheel is evenly torqued
good luck

I chased the same problem for a long time, both with stock and GXP setups. My conclusion was that the rotors and bearings were damaging each other. I put new rotors on a damaged bearing and it caused the rotors to warp or wear funny. I put new bearings on with warped rotors and it caused the bearings to wear bad or warp. Back and forth over and over until I broke down and forked out some $$. Only when I replaced both the rotors and the bearings at the same time did I finally eliminate the pulsing. I havent had a problem since.

OP, did you find out what the issue is?
I've had new rotors bad out of the box.
