wheel bearings good?
They seem like it. No play and turn by hand smoothly
most people will recommend checking to see if the dust shield is scraping on the back easy fix and worth checking but when I was in a similar position as you it turned out to be the new brake hardware was scraping against the outer cylindrical face of the rotor. the shim has to bend it out a bit if so or try different shims
id check the dust shield. jack the back tire up, hand spin the tire. listen for the sound.
if you did rotors too a lot of the time the ebrake drum is not the same as the old one and needs to be re adjusted, could be dragging and needs to be backed off. sadly you need to take the rotor off to adjust the e brake.
E brake isn't hooked up... I'm starting to think the brake lines are collapsing... you can't flipping hear anything cause the exhaust... but she swears she hears something then it goes away.. front brakes are starting to cut into the rotors I think that's the noise plus back passenger is still sticking getting hot even though all new. So think rubber brake lines are shot after 308k.. lol
New caliper so I'm thinking hose
