At work today I was informed that my rear wheels are tilting inward at the top. I'm having some trouble finding diagrams to figure out exactly what I need to fix this, but the gearheads I work with are suggesting control arms. I was given a set of front control arms and ball joints, but my issue is in the rear. I have a Haynes manual, but it only goes up to 07 and my car is an 08. The book also says nothing about control arms. Any help would he appreciated.

Slot the top hole of the struts and pull them out.
Use the bolt to check your work for the proper curve.
I bought some carbide bur bits and used my drill.
    some like this.

What I did, then got realigned. What a fcking joke that was. The flunks at tiresplus freaked when I told them what they needed to do.

Idk about your specific situation, but I'm going to get camber bolts before alignment. Screw paying the shop retail for a "kit" when they're like $25 on ebay for 4 of em. Think I searched "pontiac grand prix camber" on there.

Get a spirit level app that you can measure degrees. Use something like this link from Bimmerpost.

    Wheel Camber check with smartphone

Get it under 2 degrees closer to 1 - 1.5 on both wheels. You will have to jack it up everytime and loosen/tighten strut/knuckle bolts.
Those diddle fcks at Tirespuss did it while on the ground. You shoulda seen those two 250lb monkeybutts trying to pull the wheel out, then tighten, while on the lift
Fckers gave up at 1.5 and 1.8 IIRC. I had it pretty close to that anyway around 2.

Next time I will set it then just have them do the toe.

For those asking, I have no idea what The and of the struts are. My guess would be they're OEM, as I just bought the car a little over a month ago. As far as the alignment goes, I have a good shop that I trust for that, and it's not a typical tires only place. And for Camber kits... Well, I have a discount at Rock Auto and I work at Advance so I don't ever pay retail lol.

with age and mileage,strut/springs start sagging causing it to appear there is a camber issue.

in the front to fix my camber from being lowered I needed camber bolts in the strut get the moog ones from advance auto to be safe. you gotta think the bolt is already going to be thinner than stock and going with a brand that might use a cheap material I wouldn't risk it plus you don't have to wait for shipping haha also for the rears camber bolt will work but you can just swap out one of the trailing arms on each side that are in adjustable with adjustable ones. stock there is 4. 2 on each side but only one on each side is adjustable (for castor I think lol) often times after market ones will automatically make all 4 adjustable but you can just replace the 2. the rear ones I believe are the non adjustable ones if I remember right.

Little late to reply, my apologies. The Monroe shocks aren't bad at all. I love the ride quality. I'm usually against Monroe due to past issues, but I'd have to say the quality has improved in the last few years.

Also, thanks for the compliment, but the S10 isn't mine. I do love that color, though.
