you need to hammer them out. i leave the nut at the end a few threads and beat em out.

use a larger hammer then. they are splined bolts. ive used a roofing hammer, but it take a lot more dead on hard blows to bust em out. 5 lb baby sledge works in like 3 shots.

knowing how to swing a hammer also helps. the crap ive seen go on is amazing. cant be a shoe maker. grab that handle at the bottom and swing it.

then again, i used to swing a hammer for 20 years 8 hrs a day. i know a thing or two about using a hammer lol

Try taking the strut top nuts/bolts off first. this will allow the part to move slightly and possibly get more penetrating oil moving on the bolt splines. Air Hammer works wonders! Regular hammer will work too, lol But you will probably mushroom the hell out of those bolts. Make sure you grind down the mushroomed end before you attempt to put them back.

Don't get mad .... Use punctuation.
For the record : I am NOT a naked meth-head who shoves rocks up my butt.
