I just purchased wbody store springs for 200$ and what came were zzp springs. Even in a zzp box which have a completely different drop then what wbody store claims there springs drop is, plus I could have gotten them 50$ cheaper if purchased from zzp. Which is besides the point because I don't want springs that offer a half inch drop like wtf is the point of that! So pissed right now

I just liked the stance the car had in all the pictures I saw. What's frickin ridiculous to is they didn't send any kind of form or paperwork in the package just the springs. Now I'm going to have to spend 40$ just to ship it back. What a frickin joke. I can't believe they could false advertise like that and think it's ok? Or that people wouldn't notice or maybe they though they would care to little to make a fuss about it.

I had no idea, I don't stay up with current events. Just like I don't watch the news. Although this is something I actually would have cared to know about..
I'd actually would be happy with the little drop if it was from where my current suspension is but Im assuming my car appears low because of 108k original mile springs. I wish I knew stock ride height specs

Those coilovers do look pretty nice but if I had that much money it would be going to a semi built tranny or something that matters haha

Not to harass you but what springs are you going to do.
Guys have bought DNA springs just to end up buying the SSC springs.
Take the 40 hit,no weed for a week and get the good springs.
Get some good struts now or eventually and be happy. It's good practice tearing em apart.
You have the spring compressors right? I'm glad I just bought mine right away. I have used them way too much.

Ya it's more complicated than that though I work 50 hours a week and took an extra day off this week so I could get all the work done, which being the manager and having a bunch of dumbass employees makes it practically impossible for me to get time off. So it's not so much that I have to wait as it's just such a big pain to rearrange everything.

I did but being in Arizona and the time difference by the time I got them they were already closed so we shall see what happens tomorrow. I wouldn't care so much if they agree to pay return shipping. We shall see.

I may sound like a dîck but why bother spending any money for an "upgrade" if it's not really an upgrade that you're buying ?
i mean you wanted nitrous but went suspension. Do it right. Get it out of the way so you can worry about go-fast mods.

Doesn't make you sound like a dick at all. I do prefer go fast goodies and when I got the car I felt it handled well enough I didn't have to touch anything but in the year and a half I've owned it things are needing to be replaced. For example one of the things that scares me the most is when I am hard accelerating around a bend its like the magnasteer is backwards. The steering is firm firm firm, and then out of no where goes completely soft. I've come a couple inches away from a nasty wreck because of this. Anyway ^ this experience is what helped me realize, although I would rather just go fast with it, being my dd and with my son's car seat in the back I need to make it safe as well.

Yeah, I got DNA. Holy crap they make you bounce. Feels tight at low speeds but on the freeway when you hit a transition (dip/drop/overpass, etc), you bounce. BUT I’m sure that being on OEM Struts front and back with 140K on em doesn’t help. FML, I know.

    I’m saving for some AGX’s.
