    Hey all,

    Recently the power steering on my Grand Prix GT went out I have replaced the power steering pump, the power steering pressure line, and the power steering return line, here is my problem the steering is still very jerky, and there is a serious leak where the pressure line meets up with the screw in fitting. I am wondering could it be something simple like a bad o-ring?

    there is a small o ring on the end of the lines to the rack.

    or you cross threaded it and its leaking, they can be a pita to thread in squarely some times.

    I also had the thought that it could be a bad o-ring so I tried replacing it with on that came off the old line because it never leaked from there now it leaks worse then ever! Its pissing out fluid in a steady stream where before it just dripped real slow. With that old o-ring its now leaking from around the threads and from between the line and the fitting. This is so frustrating!!
